Branch Manager - Bel-Red

Michael grew up in Los Angeles before moving back to Seattle in 2016. He started working at Bellevue Healthcare as a Driver Technician in the beginning of 2017 before becoming a Customer Service Representative later that year. He then became a Customer Experience Lead 2 years after in 2019, and worked his way up to becoming the Branch Manager of our Seattle location.

Michael is married with 2 dogs, Mochi and Rue, and enjoys traveling, and eating & drinking at new restaurants.

Sam Reier

Sam Reier

Branch Manager - Bellingham

Born and raised in Bellingham, Sam graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. in Communication Studies. After working in the golf industry for six years, he decided to change his career path and looked to Healthcare for the opportunities it provides to help others. He started at Bellevue Healthcare Bellingham as a Delivery Technician before moving onto a Customer Service role. "I think that our willingness to find solutions and provide customers with excellent service is what separates BHC from other HME companies. We have a personal approach that is hard to match and it allows us to help people on a more personal level."

In 2019 Sam was selected to be the Branch Manager for Bellevue Healthcare Bellingham where he looks forward to serving the community he still calls home. "I enjoy staying active within the Bellingham community and surrounding areas and getting to help people that I have known for a long time. I like how BHC prides itself on being Truly Local and presents me with the opportunity to make an impact in my community daily"

Reggie Ruiz

Reggie Ruiz

Branch Manager - Bend

Reggie grew up in Spokane, Washington and attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA where he completed a Bachelors in Public Health. Prior to Bellevue Healthcare he worked as store manager at Just Sports and for the Spokane Regional Health District in community health education.

In 2012 he started as a Delivery Technician at Bellevue Healthcare’s Spokane branch. Never one to pass up on a new challenge, Reggie went onto customer service, logistics, and inventory management and served as the Spokane Warehouse Manager and Assistant Branch Manager.

In 2020 Reggie was selected to lead BHC’s new Bend, Oregon location. He looks forward to getting to know and serving the Central Oregon community that he now calls home.

Brad Hegland

Brad Hegland

Branch Manager - Eugene

In 2016, Brad graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, with the aspirations of becoming a sports commentator and producer. After graduating, he worked as a sports producer for his local television station for three years. He then decided he wanted to move on to find a company where he could grow and have more opportunities in the Pacific Northwest.

Brad joined the company in 2019 as a delivery technician and quickly discovered his love for assisting and interacting with the Spokane community. A year later, he moved to a customer service position where he was able to provide a different perspective and a solid foundation of knowledge of equipment to customers. Brad had found his passion of working in the industry and helping people of all different walks of life. He has now taken the next step in his career as the Eugene Branch Manager and is excited to see what opportunities arise in the future for both himself and Bellevue Healthcare.

Mary Kasprick

Mary Kasprick

Branch Manager - Everett

Mary resides in Kirkland, WA and studied Political Science at the University of Washington. Prior to working for Bellevue Healthcare, she spent the majority of her time raising her two children, who are now teenagers.

Mary spent 4 years as a Customer Service Representative for Bellevue Healthcare and enjoyed working closely with our Seattle referrals before being promoted to a Management role.

Ryan Nelson

Ryan Nelson

Branch Manager - Kennewick

Spokane native Ryan is passionate about serving those facing health challenges. While studying at BYU-Idaho, he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. After undergoing extensive treatment including two stem cell transplants, he was cancer free. With a new outlook on life he returned to Eastern Washington University to study Healthcare Management.

After completing his degree, Ryan joined Bellevue Healthcare. He started as a Delivery Technician and went on to become a Customer Service Representative before serving as BHC’s Clinical Liaison for Eastern Washington. In 2018 he accepted the role of Branch Manager of Bellevue Healthcare Kennewick where he looks forward to serving the Tri-Cities community.

Brian Oppliger

Branch Manager - Lacey

Born in Federal Way and raised in Puyallup, Brian has nearly always been a part of the Greater South Sound community. After graduating from the University of Washington in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, he spent a summer working in Alaska. He moved back to Washington, eager to embark on a new career, and eventually began working as a Delivery Technician in 2016 for our Tacoma location. Not long after that, he transitioned into a Customer Service Representative position where he discovered his passion for providing quality service to people in the community he has called home. Brian most recently was Assistant Branch Manager in Tacoma before moving to Thurston County. He has enjoyed working for a local company and helping people of all backgrounds, and is excited to continue to do so as Branch Manager in Lacey.

Stuart attended Eastern Washington University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Starting his career as a Delivery Technician at our flagship store in Bellevue, Stuart flourished as a Customer Service representative. He quickly found that his values made Bellevue Healthcare a perfect fit and was excited about the high commitment to customer service and to doing the right thing.

When provided with the opportunity to be a part of Bellevue Healthcare of the Palouse, Stuart was beyond committed to the opportunity to continue serving clients in the community.

Chris Longanecker

Chris Longanecker

Branch Manager - Portland

Chris, a native of Bellingham, WA, commenced his career at Bellevue Healthcare in April 2019 as a Delivery Technician during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenges that confronted the healthcare industry at that time, he embraced the opportunity to work on the frontline, thereby acquiring hands-on experience with medical equipment and its advantageous applications. In 2021, recognizing an opportunity to further advance his expertise in the field, he accepted a role as a Customer Service Representative at our Portland, OR location. In this position, he demonstrated a strong commitment to comprehending insurance coverage policies to facilitate the timely dispensing of much-needed medical equipment.

Throughout his role as a Customer Service Representative, Chris established valuable relationships within his community, and as a result, he was appointed as the Portland Branch Manager in 2023. He is keen to continue his professional growth with the company and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service to both patients and referrals alike.

Matthew Yadali

Branch Manager - Vancouver

Matt spent most of his early life growing up in the eastern part of the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from Lewis and Clark High School, he moved to San Antonio, Texas, where he graduated from St. Phillips Community College. In Matt’s free time, he loves exploring the outdoors and building memories with his family.

Matt’s path crossed with Bellevue Healthcare during a tragic time when a family member was placed onto hospice services. The integrity and genuine care provided by the delivery technician is what pushed him to reach out to the local regional manager for potential job opportunities. Matt started his journey with BHC in 2017 as a delivery technician based out of Spokane, WA.

Shortly thereafter, Matt took his next steps by joining internal operations as a customer service representative. Throughout the following years, his knowledge expanded while developing further expertise within other departments. Towards the end of 2022, Matt became intrigued and inspired by the next opportunity with BHC. He then accepted the position as Branch Manager in Vancouver, WA. While Matt continues to grow within his career, he aspires to extend and invest years of acquired knowledge to his new team. Together, they will provide compassion and unmatched customer service to their local community.

Branch Manager - Wenatchee

Mikael joined Bellevue Healthcare as a Delivery Technician in 2019 and worked his way up from there. He is originally from Wenatchee, moved to Seattle for 6 years, and returned victorious with a wife and a dog. He enjoys spending time with family, eating delicious food, and tinkering with machines. If anyone knows how to tune a carburetor, he’d like to know! He feels grateful and is looking forward to growing with Bellevue Healthcare in the coming years.

Branch Manager - Yakima

A committed Yakima Valley native, Mario has been a part of Bellevue Healthcare since 2018. Following his time as a Parenting Facilitator and wanting to pursue and continue his education, Bellevue enabled this desire. With the support and opportunities given by BHC, it fostered Mario’s desire to better serve the community. Beginning as a Delivery Technician, then transitioning to Customer Service Representative and gravitating towards Operations more recently, Mario took on the role of Branch Manager of Yakima in March of 2022. Mario has a passion for serving Yakima Valley’s people, wellness, and growth. He aims to not only lift his community with the suite of services and equipment BHC provides, but to hoist those around him to reach their full potential. “I was born here, I grew up here, and I plan to be here forever. From the hop fields of Emerald to the sagebrush of Prosser. This is my home.”
