Joseph grew up in Alaska and Oregon, spending most of his free time hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing. After a 2 year mission for his church, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts at Southern Virginia University.

Beginning his career as a Delivery Technician at Bellevue Healthcare in Spokane. He quickly transitioned to a Customer Service Representative and then was promoted to the Store Manager for our south sound location in Lacey. Joseph appreciates being part of a locally-owned and rapidly growing company and believes that Bellevue Healthcare’s compassion and desire to get customers what they need in a timely manner is what set’s Bellevue Healthcare apart.

Store Manager - Tri-Cities Showroom

Zach attended college at Corban University in Salem, Oregon where he earned his degree in business. After graduation, Zach returned to Washington and joined the Bellevue Healthcare team as a Delivery Technician. Zach quickly soonafter become a Customer Service Representative and has now stepped into the role of managing our Kennewick (Tri-Cities) branch.

Zach appreciates the small business atmosphere of Bellevue Healthcare and enjoys the challenge of being a part of a fast-growing company. He is excited to live and work in Kennewick and serve the community there.

Just like Bellevue Healthcare, Shannon Connell has stayed true to her local roots. Born and raised in Seattle, Shannon is a graduate from the University of Washington. Currently a Store Manager of Bellevue Healthcare’s Seattle showroom she explains, “I love living and working in Seattle and being a part of the Wallingford community – a neighborhood that I live, work and play in, and have known since the day I was born.”

Shannon believes what sets Bellevue Healthcare apart is the level of service BHC can provide as an independent, locally owned and operated company. “What draws me to Bellevue Healthcare is being a part of a growing, independent company that allows us to personalize our customer service in ways that our national competitors cannot.“

Nick Crawford, a Yakima native moved to Spokane and completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Eastern Washington University. When looking for a career change, a trusted friend recommended Bellevue Healthcare. Nick started working for Bellevue Healthcare of Spokane as a Delivery Technician. Hard work and dedication paid off as Nick has flourished in various positions within the company. He enjoys being a reliable point person for his co-workers, and having the opportunity to outfit all customers with the best medical equipment for their needs.

In addition his role as the Manager for our Spokane branch, Nick also serves our clients in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho as a Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). His dedication to his customers and their needs is evident in his day to day work and customer service, making him a valued member of our team.

Store Manager - Bellingham Showroom

Zeb Donlan, a Washington native from Renton, graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham. Starting as a Delivery Technician at our flagship location, Zeb recognized the potential of a lasting and meaningful career available with Bellevue Healthcare. By the end of his first year Zeb had advanced to a customer service position.

Once it was announced that Bellevue Healthcare would be expanding to Bellingham, Zeb was eager to return to his college town and help with the opening of the BHC store in Bellingham. Zeb truly enjoys working with his fellow employees and the opportunity to serve the customers of his community.

Joe was born and raised in Missoula, Montana. He attended college at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA, receiving his BS in Exercise Science. Joe is one of many team members who started working for Bellevue Healthcare first as a Delivery Technician and then further developed his career within the company.

Joe helped open our branch in Wenatchee and more recently became the Store Manager in Everett, Washington, where he enjoys serving Snohomish county.

Sam Flowers

Showroom Manager - Bel-Red Showroom

Hailing from Moultrie, Georgia, Sam relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2010. Shortly thereafter he joined Bellevue Healthcare Tacoma. Starting as part of the warehouse team, he quickly transitioned to Delivery Technician, and went on to become Lead Delivery Technician.

After completing his degree, Sam transferred to Bellevue Healthcare’s Headquarters (Redmond, Washington) to be part of the expanding Customer Experience team. Always ready to find new ways to serve BHC customers, he was selected to manage Bellevue Healthcare’s Bel-Red showroom in 2017.

Sam believes what sets Bellevue Healthcare apart is its unique cultural commitment to compassionate service, “BHC is full of hardworking, compassionate, and caring people.”

Aaron Harding completed his education at Washington State University, where he graduated with a degree in Business Management and Operations. Immediately upon graduating, Aaron started his career with Bellevue Healthcare, initially as a Delivery Technician for our company. He quickly fell in love with the industry and the relationships he forged with customers in the community and focused his objectives on learning and implementing efficiency building and team management.

During his many years working at our flagship location he has thoroughly enjoyed training and motivating a multitude of technicians and customer service representatives; many of which have also moved into other roles within BHC.

Casey Hasey

Store Manager - Tacoma Showroom

Casey was born and raised in Mercer Island, Washington. He graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Criminal Justice. Afterwards he enrolled in a program to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). The same day he accepted a job as a Delivery Technician at our flagship Bellevue showroom, he received word he had become a licensed EMT. He decided to give the job a chance and has been with BHC ever since.

Casey quickly transitioned to become a Customer Experience Representative and later went on to be the Customer Experience Lead and Respiratory Department Lead at Bellevue Healthcare’s Headquarters.

In 2017 Casey was selected to become the new Store Manager for Bellevue Healthcare Tacoma where he looks forward to continuing to make an impact on our customers.

Store Manager - Yakima Showroom

Jared Jacobs, a native of Yakima, Washington attended Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa where he received a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Human Resource Management.

After college, Jared spent four and a half years as the Director of Operations for Yakima’s Minor League Baseball team. After deciding to change careers Jared began working for our Yakima branch. He quickly showed his potential and commitment to customer service and was chosen to take over as Store Manager when the opportunity presented itself. Jared enjoys serving the customers of Central Washington and looks forward to continuing the growth of the Yakima location and surrounding areas.

Stuart Kelly, attended Eastern Washington University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Starting his career as a Delivery Technician at our flagship store in Bellevue, Stuart flourished as a Customer Service representative. He quickly found that his values made Bellevue Healthcare a perfect fit and was excited about the high commitment to customer service and to doing the right thing.

When provided with the opportunity to be a part of Bellevue Healthcare of the Palouse, Stuart was beyond committed to the opportunity to continue serving clients in the community.

Dan Massaro

Store Manager - Wenatchee Showroom

Dan was born in California and grew up in Sammamish, Washington. In 2012 he completed his BA at Western Washington University. Shortly after graduation he joined Bellevue Healthcare’s Bellingham location as a Delivery Technician and was quickly promoted to a Customer Service Representative. “I was drawn to BHC by the chance to positively impact my community. It quickly became apparent that BHC gives it’s employees the special opportunity to provide an irreplaceable service.”

Dan’s ongoing commitment to BHC’s Mission lead him to be selected to be the new Showroom Manager for for Bellevue Healthcare’s Wenatchee showroom. “It’s great coming into work everyday and knowing you’re surrounded by a team that’s both extremely knowledgeable and also willing to go the extra mile to ensure a client’s care.” He looks forward to serving the Wenatchee community.

Store Manager - Coeur d’Alene Showroom

Spencer Rowe joined Bellevue Healthcare and began in the same position that all of our management team members have started in: Delivery Technician. He worked part time for our flagship location in Bellevue as he finished his degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Spencer was impressed with the dedication BHC has for their patients and community and upon graduation, joined the BHC team full-time. It wasn’t long before he began receiving management training at our Tacoma branch location in anticipation of our Spokane location opening.

Spencer served as the assistant manager in Spokane before being asked to open a new location in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. It has been his pleasure to serve the residents of the Northern Idaho Panhandle.

Store Manager - Sequim & Bremerton Showrooms

Jorge was born and raised in Venezuela. He studied at Pacific Lutheran University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Shortly after completing his studies, he began his career with Bellevue Healthcare as a Delivery Technician, quickly, transitioning to Customer Service Representative.

He relocated to Bellingham to assist in the opening of a new branch as the Assistant Store Manager. Jorge is now happily serving the Peninsula communities by managing our Sequim and Bremerton store locations.
