This was a difficult task taking everything into consideration regarding Medicare and Medicaid coverage, doctors letters, authorizations, cost, etc. It was a lot of work. Shadd went above and beyond numerous times, going the extra mile, and following up. Never have I worked with someone so devoted to his customers and getting the job done. I am beyond impressed and grateful. Not only did he deliver the chair but he set it up and helped the patient understand how the chair works with patience and compassion. Being from out of town and looking for help getting my mother’s brakes adjusted on her walker, I brought it to Bellevue Healthcare in Lacey and Thomas (branch manager) promptly made them operational, explained how they worked and how they could be easily adjusted in the future if needed. I was so surprised and thankful he did so free of charge! We’ve rented equipment and bought various supplies from this company back in 2011 and in 2015 when my wife’s parents died, surrounded by family at home, so I knew they were a trustworthy provider and that’s what led me there today. I highly recommend this company, this store and it’s competent and caring employees.

I used Bellevue Healthcare to purchase medical equipment to help improve the quality of life for my 91 year old mother. We visited the showroom in Tacoma looking for a motorized scooter. Starla helped my mom try out the scooter and then showed another option which was a motorized wheelchair. In addition, she assisted with finding the right lift chair. Linda was also very helpful in finalizing the purchase. She was able to arrange for a quick delivery as well. Even the delivery drivers were fantastic. They took great care in getting the equipment inside. Once they got things set up, they made sure we knew how to operate things before they left. I've purchased other items from Bellevue Healthcare in the past. I've also referred others to that business because my experience has always been great.

While on vacation, the battery on our mobility scooter suddenly died. We found Bellevue Healthcare via Google and made a call as soon as they opened. Joe was very helpful, and he researched and confirmed that the Tukwila showroom had what we needed. We made our way there and got great service from Zeb and Kalei. Kalei even suggested a breakfast place while we waited for the work to be done. We explained the situation, they found what we needed, and they even expedited the work. Brad and the repair gentleman were a breath of fresh air. I bought a wheelchair for my partner and it was easy and everyone was friendly. Not even a full week later, the wheel got caught in a sidewalk crack and the bracket that holds the front wheel got bent out of shape. I brought it in the next day and they jumped right on it and went absolutely above and beyond to get it repaired in just a short wait. You can tell that they both have passion for the quality of people’s lives. I would recommend them to anyone!

I’m not sure anyone can truly understand the fear of caring for an infant with breathing issues until you are doing it first hand. We had to get an oxygen order rushed to Bellevue Health on a Friday afternoon an hour before they closed. The staff willingly helped me load all the equipment into my car in the rain. They spent extra time walking me through all of the steps to use the equipment, and assured me I could call if we had any trouble. By Monday it was evident that this scenario was difficult to manage with an active family in a 3 story home. I called and explained our issues with the equipment and asked if they had any suggestions for a workaround to make this work. We are a foster family and we have never had a child on oxygen 24/7 before. The customer service representative immediately had me talk with the manager about our struggles and he graciously began thinking of ways to make this easier for us and for this baby in our care. I could not have asked for a better experience as our lives are already hectic with the holiday season. I really appreciated all their staff here for seeing my concern as I am caring for a child that is not my own with significant medical needs. They were empathetic and kind. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

The team at Bellevue Healthcare have been truly wonderful. My wife suffered a severe injury and required a reclining wheelchair urgently. Within a day they were able to work with my insurance and provide one. I may have been lucky that such a turn-around was possible but the team were so polite, professional and extremely responsive. This is a stressful time as we navigate these new health problems. Being able to work with a team that understands this and is willing to work with you to ease some of this stress is hugely important. If you find yourself in a similar situation I do recommend Bellevue Healthcare.

This location is pretty great. My husband visited this location to get fitted for a new CPAP machine and every agent was so helpful and direct. I visited this location because I needed to adjust to having a 4-wheeled walker. I’m an odd looking person and I’m a bit insecure about my disability. The agent who helped me was so helpful and professional. She answered all of my annoying questions. I didn’t feel at all insecure visiting and speaking to the agents here. I wish I could remember the agent who had helped me because she was the best. The store had a great supply of aids and comfort items to ease your daily tasks. All the racks were nicely kept and no dust. Large supply of walkers, canes, bathing aides, lift recliners, and CPAP supplies. Nothing was out-of-date. The agents were great too. They give you space to shop around, but if you need help they are knowledgeable about everything in the store. I will be visiting here more often for my other supplies. Great experience each time. My sister Sandra has been in hospice for 11 months with end stage COPD, so the guys from Bellevue have been out here with a variety of equipment many times. They are AMAZING! Everyone is so nice and so helpful. They take the time to make sure everything is working well and take the time to make sure we both understand how it works as well. Today (Saturday) I called with an issue with a Hoyer Sit to Stand I've been using for months and now thought I was having a battery issue. Cameron came out at 9pm to help and figured out it was the machine itself . He offered, after what I know was a long day, to go back to the office and get a new one tonight and bring it now. But since this one is still working if you fiddle with it, I said tomorrow morning would be fine. I would highly recommend this company, these guys are great!

So appreciate this company. I got to Seattle for a cruise and realized that I didn't have a mask for my CPAP system! The cruise boarded in only 4 hours, and not only did they carry my exact brand, they had delivery service available to get it to my hotel without costing an arm and a leg in Uber costs! I'm in my late 40s and have generally always been in decent health. About a year ago I found out I have stage IV CRC. Had a major surgery in September and ever since then have been in near constant pain. Sitting, laying down, getting up, nothing was comfortable. I saw some Youtube videos on lift chairs/electronic recliners and thought maybe one of them could help me get through my days. I also know I have more surgeries/procedures in the future. Found Bellevue Healthcare online and Bremerton was the closest one. Stopped in the next morning with a specific model I was hoping to check out. I believe it was Jorge, the branch manager that helped me. They had a similar model, and he was very helpful in showing me the features and letting me check out other options as well. Ultimately they didn't have the model I thought I wanted. Jorge checked the inventory at other locations and let me know they had the model I was interested in at their Sequim location and that he could bring it to Bremerton for me to check out the next day. I stopped in the next day, and they let me just sit/lay in the chair for a good 20 minutes to make sure it met my needs. They gave me a nice little discount and were able to deliver the chair to me in Port Orchard as soon as the next day. Delivery was great, everything was set up, plugged in, and ready to go at no additional cost. The service from start to finish was top notch, and the chair has literally made my daily life bearable and comfortable. Thank you to the team at Bellevue Healthcare in Bremerton.

My family and I have been looking for the (POC) Portable Oxygen Concentrator for my grandma. We had searched and called multiple times at various healthcare stores before calling Bellevue. The first time I called Bellevue Healthcare of the Tri-Cities I was impressed. They stand out in the quality of their service and attention. Leah was kind, attentive, patient and helpful. No words can express how wonderful this company is! My nebulizer broke on a Saturday and I could not take my albuterol solution until I replaced the machine. The employees here were so understanding, caring, considerate, and went above and beyond their job descriptions to help me secure the prescription I needed to get this machine on a Monday. I recently purchased my first CPAP machine from Bellevue Healthcare in Bend, Or. I had an outstanding experience! Cyndi delivered exceptional customer service from the first phone call through the whole process. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect machine for my needs. While I was there I also purchased new supplies for another medical device at home. I previously was referred to a company in Redmond, but the customer service was lacking plus it would be weeks before they could get to me. I will be calling them back only to cancel because everything with Bellevue was top notch above the competition. I highly recommend Bellevue to anyone in need of any medical supplies!

I am a CPAP user and get all my supplies shipped to me directly from Bellevue Healthcare. Their respiratory department is absolutely outstanding (and I had experience with other Medical Equipment companies). Their store front is super helpful to see and try a variety of equipment. I also rented a bed for my aging mom for a while and again, the service was truly great. Can't recommend them enough especially if you are a respiratory patient.

When my sister scheduled her knee replacement surgery and asked me to help her during her recovery I turned to the crew at Bellevue Healthcare. They gave me solid recommendations for tools and aids that would support her healing and the rental prices were very reasonable for the quality and the included home deliveries. She loved the lift chair, the toilet rack and the shower transfer bench, and I loved that I didn’t have to strain my back helping her. I had a recent experience when I was picking up an order from a prescription. My friend who brought me in was adamant about needing a specific name of the item that was not reflected on the prescription, which caused confusion. Chris R., the customer service person helping us went out of his way to confirm we were getting exactly what we needed and was covered by insurance. It was just called something else. We also opened the box and indeed it was exactly what was needed/ordered. Shout out to Chris R for being so professional, positive and working in a de-escalating manner. Taryn was who helped me when I came to pick up my son’s nebulizer and insurance was very confusing for me and she was able to explain it very thoroughly. Her customer service was very welcoming, and definitely set the tone for the entire business. It felt very warm, welcoming and I felt heard, guided and then understood. I believe receptionists play a very vital role in any company as they are the first to greet and interact with the customers and she was above and beyond. I have been here before for crutches but was helped by someone else years ago. Should I ever have to come back for some reason for either myself or my son, I hope to deal with her again. I also would recommend this establishment to others just based on the kind of service I received from Taryn. You can tell she cares for the customers that come in and I think that’s very important. Thanks again, Taryn! Your greeting was enough for me to remember this establishment should I ever hear someone else needing to be guided to a medical supply store.

I’d give Bellevue higher than 5 stars if I was able. This company and all of its employees, especially Sara, went above and beyond to make sure my mother had the right equipment for her needs. While in the hospital for 3 weeks we found out my mother would have to go into an Adult family care home. The whole situation was very stressful and tough. Sara and team Bellevue helped me purchase a power chair and mattress, and when one of them didn’t work well for my mother, they were extremely helpful in the return process. I can’t express how grateful myself and my family are with the entire experience. I would and will recommend Bellevue Health care for anyone looking for medical needs.
