Every phone call and every visit was a pleasant experience for our family. Equipment was brought in, equipment was exchanged, equipment was removed and each time Austin was polite, respectful and Professional in Every way. He developed a bond with our dog and at the sound of Austin’s voice, Booker would come running. The final visit required removing the hospital bed and Booker got his final pet and I got a hug. Please make sure Austin is acknowledged for his professionalism.

Our daughter’s specialized wheelchair was broken by Alaska Airlines baggage handlers during a flight from Los Angeles to Seattle. Without that wheelchair, we were not going to be able to go on a cruise to Alaska that departed the following morning.  Tim from Bellevue Healthcare took it upon himself to go get new parts to replace the broken one and stayed past his normal work hours to ensure that the wheelchair was fixed and returned to us before the end of the day. He kept us informed of the progress and was a joy to work with.
Thanks to his efforts, we took the cruise on the following morning.   Great Service!!!!

I needed to rent a bed while I recuperated from knee replacement surgery. Setting up an account and arranging for delivery was very easy and the person on the phone was very helpful. When the bed was delivered, they set it up for me and showed me how to raise/lower the head and feet. When I was through with the bed, I called for pickup, which they did promptly. The rental price for an entire month was very affordable, too!

I returned an item rented from one of their other  location and was impressed by how accommodating and professional they are. Their selection is amazing. They have every type of splint you can imagine, a huge selection of walkers, all kinds of home safety supplies (grab bars, lift chairs, etc.) and so many useful items for anyone with limited dexterity. I suggest browsing in their well stocked showroom and bet you’ll find helpful items you didn’t enjoy know existed that will make life easier.

Getting special needs equipment through payment channels has always been an emotionally draining experience for me. I had already tried another local supplier who was quick to let me know we’d have to pay cash up front. After my initial contact with Zach, I knew he could see this purchase through. He understood the billing process, he understood the product & accessories and asked the questions & gave us options, along with getting our local physical therapist’s recommendations to make sure we received what we needed and wanted for our son.

After an absolute nightmare in dealing with [another company], I wasn’t expecting much in the way of dealing with a new company to order a new chair. They had taken over a year, never called me to inform me of where the order was in the process, and I continually tried to contact them, never receiving a call back.

Luckily my physiatrist new of BHC and called them for me. We met to do the necessary assessment, with my physical therapist and Andrew, the BHC rep for my area and got the order in on May 3, 2017. I was called several times to let me know where the order was in it’s processing. I was called on June 23rd to inform me that the order had been approved and it was delivered on July 11th 2017. They were professional, efficient and informative. If you are looking for a company to provide you with necessary medical equipment, look no further.

I have worked in long term care for about 5 years as a Social Worker/ Discharge Planner. An important part of my job is ordering durable medical equipment. I depend on companies such as Bellevue for educating me on Medicare and other insurance guidelines related to equipment. It is vital for a safe discharge plan that my residents have what they need for safe mobility etc. It is also important that insurance cover that item. Bellevue is ahead of the game so to speak when it comes to this process and service. Not only do they know exactly what Medicare needs, they ensure the customer gets exactly what they need. They take time to educate me on proper documentation. Many other companies are quick to fill an order, however down the road when they get audited many customers in the community are having their equipment removed. I appreciate the effort Bellevue makes to ensure this doesn’t happen to my residents. I further appreciate the extra mile they go to deliver a last minute order.  Thank you for making my job easier and efficient.

Last year I sustained a serious ankle injury and was not able to walk for 11 months. Bellevue was my go-to for: hospital bed, wheelchair, and knee scooter.  Customer service was excellent.

I was lucky that my insurance picked up the bill on the above items– but just to compare, I asked the cash prices on the above items.  I had called Access first, and declined service there after learning they don’t accept medical insurance.  Anyway, the out-of-pocket expense would have been significantly less at Bellevue than what I was quoted at Access, had I needed to do out-of-pocket.

I hope I’m never in the position to need durable medical equipment again, but if I do, I will certainly work with Bellevue again.
