Michael Rauth grew up in Los Angeles before moving back to Seattle in 2016. He started working at Bellevue Healthcare as a Driver Technician in the beginning of 2017 before becoming a Customer Service Representative later that year. He then became a Customer Experience Lead 2 years after in 2019, and worked his way up to becoming the Branch Manager of our Seattle location.

Michael is married with 2 dogs, Mochi and Rue, and enjoys traveling, and eating & drinking at new restaurants.

Josh at this location was GREAT to work with via phone. I was looking for a specific rollator for my mother-in-law (MIL). I am specific largely in part because I am an outpatient physical therapist and I know exactly what I need for my MIL. Josh did some internal research and called me back within 10 minutes of our first phone call for an update – their location does not have the exact rollator yet his company in Everett does.
