Branch Manager

Matt spent most of his early life growing up in the eastern part of the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from Lewis and Clark High School, he moved to San Antonio, Texas, where he graduated from St. Phillips Community College. In Matt’s free time, he loves exploring the outdoors and building memories with his family.

Matt’s path crossed with Bellevue Healthcare during a tragic time when a family member was placed onto hospice services. The integrity and genuine care provided by the delivery technician is what pushed him to reach out to the local regional manager for potential job opportunities. Matt started his journey with BHC in 2017 as a delivery technician based out of Spokane, WA.

Shortly thereafter, Matt took his next steps by joining internal operations as a customer service representative. Throughout the following years, his knowledge expanded while developing further expertise within other departments. Towards the end of 2022, Matt became intrigued and inspired by the next opportunity with BHC. He then accepted the position as Branch Manager in Vancouver, WA. While Matt continues to grow within his career, he aspires to extend and invest years of acquired knowledge to his new team. Together, they will provide compassion and unmatched customer service to their local community.

This place is great for your mobility needs. They have wheelchairs, walkers and motorized chairs. They also have other stuff including lift chairs and hospital beds just to name a few. Came in on Saturday and was greeted by Matthew. He was very patient with us while we tried out multiple wheelchairs. He was knowledgeable and great to work with. We ended up having him order a wheelchair for us that should arrive in 1-2 weeks. If you stop in, ask for Matthew and you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend them!

I’d give Bellevue higher than 5 stars if I was able. This company and all of its employees, especially Sara, went above and beyond to make sure my mother had the right equipment for her needs. While in the hospital for 3 weeks we found out my mother would have to go into an Adult family care home. The whole situation was very stressful and tough. Sara and team Bellevue helped me purchase a power chair and mattress, and when one of them didn’t work well for my mother, they were extremely helpful in the return process. I can’t express how grateful myself and my family are with the entire experience. I would and will recommend Bellevue Health care for anyone looking for medical needs. I needed to get a walker after having knee replacement surgery. My doctor's office sent a request over to Bellevue Healthcare. I checked w/ Tyson and he worked on getting all the information necessary so that it wouldn't be long. He showed such care & patience w/ me. He called to let me know he had all the information on We and it was delivered to me on Fr by 2:30pm. Once the driver arrived, he called to let me know he was in front of my bldg and I went down to meet him in the lobby. He opened it, made an adjustment to the legs & I was on my way. Thanks to Bellevue, Tyson and to the young man that delivered it. I appreciate your prompt care in processing & delivering my walker.

I have to say, "customer service" doesn't seem to be what it used to be. However, Sara's "over the top" help last week has reassured me that it isn't a lost art yet! I needed a home blood pressure device that I will know is accurate. Because I got a bit lost... I got there right at closing time. Sara was totally "unrushed" and went out of her way to make sure I would get what I felt was best. She even found some batteries so I could test each one before buying. I now have a great blood pressure device and with Sara there, I now have a "go to" store for any medical type needs. I will undoubtedly refer anyone I know to enjoy first rate, quality customer service by going to Bellevue Healthcare Vancouver!
