JORGE UZCATEGUI

Branch Manager

Jorge was born and raised in Venezuela. He studied at Pacific Lutheran University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Shortly after completing his studies, he began his career with Bellevue Healthcare as a Delivery Technician, quickly, transitioning to Customer Service Representative. He relocated to Bellingham to assist in the opening of a new branch as the Assistant Store Manager.  Jorge is now happily serving the Peninsula communities by managing our Sequim and Bremerton showroom locations.

Every phone call and every visit was a pleasant experience for our family. Equipment was brought in, equipment was exchanged, equipment was removed and each time Austin was polite, respectful and Professional in Every way. He developed a bond with our dog and at the sound of Austin’s voice, Booker would come running. The final visit required removing the hospital bed and Booker got his final pet and I got a hug. Please make sure Austin is acknowledged for his professionalism.

Recently, I needed help with a variety of assistive devices, and I had no clear idea what I needed. Well, I certainly went to the right place. DJ and Justin were amazing. They were professional but oh so much more. DJ listened to my questions and then offered me choices, explaining in detail each option and what it could do for me. My husband and I visited the store on at least three occasions, and I learned quickly that I could trust them. If DJ was busy, Justin would thoughtfully answer our questions. We never felt pressured to buy a particular product. In fact, DJ steered us away from a more-expensive item, telling us he thought a less-expensive model would suit me just fine. I felt all along that they had my best interests in mind. How often does that happen when you walk into a store? Thank you DJ and thank you Justin!
