King County Zone Director & Branch Manager

Zeb, a Washington native from Renton, graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham. Starting as a Delivery Technician at our flagship Bellevue location, Zeb recognized the potential of a lasting and meaningful career available with Bellevue Healthcare. By the end of his first year Zeb had advanced to a customer service position. When it was announced that Bellevue Healthcare would be expanding to Bellingham, Zeb, eager to return to his college town moved north to help with the opening. He went on to serve as our Bellingham Branch Manager for eleven years before returning to oversee our King County locations as our King County Zone Director. Zeb truly enjoys working with his fellow employees and the opportunity to serve the customers of our community.

We had a hospital bed and wheelchair delivered with a brand new mattress for our resident in our adult family home here at Abundant Adult Family Home. His name was Chris A. His work ethic was very fast, efficient and friendly. The company has always provided great care and professionalism. And I can’t express how on time they are. Bellevue Healthcare you’re our hero.

I just want to say with a warm heart I really appreciate the help from Bellevue Healthcare Brandon North, who was the man that delivered the equipment really was professional. A CSR named Sam C, understood the gravity of something important that I needed to take care of today, and was able to for Chris A who was able to contact me with a good estimated time of his arrival in order for me to get things that I need to get done. I would highly recommend the professionalism of Bellevue Health Care to my friends, families and neighbors.

I had a difficult situation with my air mattress. I was puzzled on how to operate the unit so they were able to send a driver out. The next day in order to problem solve the situation. Chris A, was the same guy that actually delivered my air mattress, he was able to re-educate me on what was the cause of the issue which was very minor. With his assistance and the care from his company Bellevue Healthcare, I can say I can lay with comfort knowing that my needs are being taken care of. 5 stars to this company in the PNW.

I called midday about delivery for an electric hospital bed for my parents and they made it happen three hours later! Sam C. helped answer my questions and Chris A. provided incredible delivery and setup. Their care and professionalism really helped in the midst of a chaotic time. Chris A & Phil H brought my terminally ill mothers replacement mattress/side rails & were so kind, caring & compassionate. They gave me detailed instructions, fixed a glitch, provided numbers in case we had any problems & they were knowledgeable plus efficient.
