We recently needed service on my moms wheelchair at her assisted living home. We called Bellevue Medical at Liberty lake where we have purchased several items for my folks. Craig said they happened to have a representative (Braeden) at moms’ facility right then! The store (Craig) contacted the representative (Braeden) and he showed up at my folks apartment within minutes! He inspected the wheelchair but did not have the proper tools needed with him. He informed us they would return the next day to work on her chair. A short time later we received a call from Craig at the store. He informed us that their representative (Braeden) would swing by moms’ apartment on his way home from work with the necessary tools! Braden returned to my folks apartment a short time later. He made the necessary adjustments and gave us a new pad for the wheelchair. Craig informed us that Braden had noticed my folks had several items we had purchased from Bellevue Medical at Liberty Lake. We highly recommend both Bellevue Medical Supply at Liberty Lake and Craig and Braden!

We had great service at the Liberty Lake location! Each staff member we worked with went above and beyond to ensure we had the medical equipment we needed for our son and his return to school. They were kind and helpful in a very stressful situation and I would recommend it without hesitation!

My fiancée needed a CPAP and we went in to pick up a unit. Katie came out and with a smile took us into the room to see and learn how to use the CPAP. She was so friendly and helpful. All our questions were answered and we were shown several options for the face mask that we would find best.

We had a great experience with this company. My child broke his leg and insurance wouldn’t cover a wheelchair. I was really worried about the cost and availability of finding a wheelchair for a 5 year old. The customer service here was amazing. I called ahead to check availability and when I showed up they had 2 different sizes of pediatric wheelchairs for me to look at. The pricing was MUCH less than I thought it would be, somewhere around $100 per month, and I was in and out of here in 15 minutes. The wheelchair is very good quality and has served my son well while he heals. Anytime I call with a question, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Bellevue Healthcare in Liberty Lake has been incredible. After an accident my partner was told they would need to be in a wheelchair for almost two months. After renting items from several of Spokane’s healthcare companies Bellevue Healthcare comes out on top. A huge selection of rentable items – ramps, bathtub benches, wheel chairs, pads, etc for a great price. Top of the line equipment rented at an incredibly affordable price. Making both our lives easier and his much more comfortable. The customer service is also the best we have experienced in Spokane. Helpful, knowledgeable, and so so kind. Nate was a huge help and made life so much easier during a difficult time.

It was a joy to work with all the representatives at Bellevue in Liberty Lake. I get to work with disabled Veterans for my job and ordered several lift chairs for my clients per their request.
