Bellevue Healthcare - Liberty Lake, WA

I’m not sure anyone can truly understand the fear of caring for an infant with breathing issues until you are doing it first hand. We had to get an oxygen order rushed to Bellevue Health on a Friday afternoon an hour before they closed. The staff willingly helped me load all the equipment into my car in the rain. They spent extra time walking me through all of the steps to use the equipment, and assured me I could call if we had any trouble. By Monday it was evident that this scenario was difficult to manage with an active family in a 3 story home. I called and explained our issues with the equipment and asked if they had any suggestions for a workaround to make this work. We are a foster family and we have never had a child on oxygen 24/7 before. The customer service representative immediately had me talk with the manager about our struggles and he graciously began thinking of ways to make this easier for us and for this baby in our care. I could not have asked for a better experience as our lives are already hectic with the holiday season. I really appreciated all their staff here for seeing my concern as I am caring for a child that is not my own with significant medical needs. They were empathetic and kind. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

My sister Sandra has been in hospice for 11 months with end stage COPD, so the guys from Bellevue have been out here with a variety of equipment many times. They are AMAZING! Everyone is so nice and so helpful. They take the time to make sure everything is working well and take the time to make sure we both understand how it works as well. Today (Saturday) I called with an issue with a Hoyer Sit to Stand I've been using for months and now thought I was having a battery issue. Cameron came out at 9pm to help and figured out it was the machine itself . He offered, after what I know was a long day, to go back to the office and get a new one tonight and bring it now. But since this one is still working if you fiddle with it, I said tomorrow morning would be fine. I would highly recommend this company, these guys are great!

I had a fantastic experience with Bellevue Healthcare. I was in urgent need of some medical supplies, and their next-day delivery truly saved the day. Everything arrived exactly when promised, in perfect condition. A special shoutout to Stephen, who was absolutely phenomenal. He handled my order quickly and efficiently, walked through how to use the equipment with patience, and made the whole process stress-free. Had the best experience with Bellevue Healthcare and their quick next day delivery. Their customer service is above and beyond making the hospice experience less painful. Nate is super kind & helpful explaining the equipment and even helping me move my furniture to fit in the new additions. 10/10 recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I just wanted to say I am beyond impressed with the service and courtesy of the staff here! While my Grandpa was in hospice, they made sure he had all of the equipment he needed to make things easier. Over the course of two months they had sent out wheelchairs, oxygen, and even a hospital bed! I also want to recognize their driver, Cameron. He was so caring and compassionate with my family and always seemed to know what we would need. I can tell he genuinely cared deeply about my family and our situation, it isn't simply just a job for him. He even went as far as delivering supplies late at night! I will always appreciate the work and hospitality we received from Bellevue!

I recently utilized this company for the delivery of essential medical supplies, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience from start to finish. Angelica did a phenomenal job helping set up my father’s assisted bed. She guided us step by step on how to use the bed properly and safely. She was very sweet and kind to my father during the entire visit! I would definitely love to have her back again for her help.
