The Assure Safety Transfer Disk is a portable turntable that facilitates transfers for patients who cannot turn. Once the patient is standing on the Assure Safety Transfer Disk the turntable is rotated by the caregiver to the desired position.
The Assure Safety Transfer Disk is constructed of lightweight, polyethylene discs with recessed nylon wires and anti-slide tape on both sides of the turntable add stability.
Available in two sizes: 13″ or 15″ diameter.
