Posey Deluxe Guard Rail Pads with padding help protect patients from injury by helping close some of the gaps along the side rail of the mattress and by cushioning the side rails.

Each Deluxe Guard Rail Pad attaches with hook and loop straps and is made of durable, firm density foam and covered in soft, water repellent vinyl. Meets CA #117, Section E Flame Retardancy Standards.
