DEXCOM G6 CGM System

The Dexcom G6 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System sends real-time glucose readings automatically to a compatible smart device or Dexcom receiver. No fingersticks, no scanning. It is proven to lower A1C, and features a 10-day sensor that is easy to use.

The Dexcom G6 CGM system allows real-time glucose data to be viewed on a smart device and reader either individually or combined. It can also be integrated with automated insulin delivery (AID) systems like the Tandem Control IQ. Additionally, the Apple Watch and various Android-based smartwatches can serve as a secondary display device. The built-in hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) safety alarm activates when glucose levels drop to 55 mg/dL and is always on. Users can customize alerts with various tones to indicate rapid changes in glucose levels. Treatment decisions can be made without finger-stick confirmation, and no calibrations are required. The sensor and attached transmitter are water-resistant for up to 8 feet for 24 hours, allowing the device to be worn while bathing and swimming. However, the reader should not get wet. With the Dexcom Follow app, up to 10 caregivers can view real-time glucose readings. The Dexcom G6 CGM is approved for use by both adults and children aged 2 and over.

*Integrates with InPen, Omnipod 5, and Tandem Insulin Pumps
