These people are great. Our dad needed a power wheelchair. Due to Covid he was unable to go and do his own shopping so my husband and I came in with absolutely no experience with this. From the moment we arrived every person in there was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Giovanni and Angela showed us the different options regarding models and the Medicare requirements. We opted for the lighter kind that Medicare does not cover but are much less expensive (under $1,600). If you buy one they will deliver it at no charge. If you decide it won’t work for you within ten days they will come and get it at no charge and return your money! What’s not to like?
Alex was the delivery person and is a pro. I warned him about Dad who is grouchy and VERY difficult to please. I gave it a less than 50% chance that he would accept the chair. Alex stayed professional and to the point, quickly explaining the simple controls and how easy the Pride chair is to maneuver. This was very tricky do to the restrictions of the assisted living rules and Covid. Dad worked his way into the chair and drove it off into the building where we couldn’t enter. I was shocked. If I could have I would have hugged Alex.

I am SO impressed by the staff at Bellevue. As someone who works in a high quality customer service industry, I recognize outstanding service when I see it. They are amazing and will go out of their way to ensure you get the mobility aid that you need.
I’m particular, Valerie has made me feel valued and always replies to my emails in a very timely fashion. Amidst some chaos with my doctors, she has been flexible and quick to get all of the needed documentation put together and sent to the correct place. Thank you Valerie!

I am incredibly impressed and so grateful for Bellevue Healthcare. Our family member had an emergency and needed a bed delivered in a very short period of time. I found out about her situation after store business hours and ordered online. Not only was the process very easy, the follow-up care we received was kind and efficient. The bed was delivered the next day! They did not have an item we ordered, and immediately upgraded at no additional cost AND after discovering that a piece of her bed was not permitted at her facility, they returned it and refunded the cost. Bellevue Healthcare understands that the items they sell are for people in pain. They are exactly who you go to when your family is in crisis.

We worked with Dan and he was extremely helpful in answering all questions and being patient and kind. He helped us understand what we needed in order to bill Medicare and worked with the doctors to ensure all of the proper paperwork was filled out. He was very kind in explaining how all of the equipment worked when we picked it up and helped us to load it in the car. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because twice I called and left messages with other staff members and didn’t receive a call back and/or the message never got to Dan, slowing up the process a bit. However, as soon as I called back it was addressed and fixed very quickly and I don’t hesitate in recommending this place to anyone!

Huge thank you to George in finding the perfect lift chair for a family member who was coming home after having a stroke during Covid19. It was so difficult to shop for chairs in person and by relying on George’s expertise and knowledge on the phone he helped me find the perfect chair. From time of order to delivery and installation at the house was a week. The personal service was greatly appreciated vs. ordering a chair online and having the box left on the porch. Highly recommend George and the team in Everett!

I give this business a STRONG 5 star review. I have dealt with them twice and the service could not have been better either time! I am in a wheelchair and was going to have them come pick up my unit and have them diagnose the problem and fix it at their shop. Juan, their service tech called and asked if he could instead just come to my house and look at the unit and maybe fix it on site. Well, of course my answer was yes! I had no idea they made “house calls”. Juan came to my house, REPAIRED IT ON THE SPOT and charged me less than what it would have been to have them transport the chair to their shop, not even counting the repair. I am telling you, I was SO HAPPY and impressed! What a GREAT COMPANY!

It was such a pleasure dealing with Bellevue Healthcare. Liz and Shannon were very pleasant and courteous. They presented the best options for my situation and were extremely caring and accommodating.
After calling to arrange a wheelchair, it was delivered the next day. All the precautions were take to ensure that there was no close contact with the person who delivered it.

After being told my niece would need crutches, we were given a referral form to pick some up. After contacting several local businesses for cost coverage for Medicaid for medical equipment, Bellevue was the ONLY place that covered the crutches through insurance! So I had to drive a little farther to get them at no cost, this staff was Super friendly AND Helpful! I’ll be coming here for all my medical equipment needs from now on. Thanks a bunch!!!

I have enjoyed working with Bellevue Healthcare Tacoma through both personal and professional interactions. Providing direct numbers for call backs ensure continuity of care and helps us move quickly. Their delivery drivers are helpful with set up and arrive within the time frame – specified ahead of time.
