The Comfort Wide EX8000 is an expandable width, low bed with a retractable space-saving frame.
The EX8000 offers advanced positioning for added comfort and treatment with low-chair, Trendelenburg, and reverse Trendelenburg positioning. The unique retracting low bed frame retracts towards the head suction, pulling the user closer to their bedside cabinet or table allowing them to reach their personal items in a safe manner. This function also reduces the footprint in the room, leaving more space for additional medical equipment (overbed tables, patient lift, wheelchair, walker, etc).
The Comfort Wide frame can expand up to 48 inches wide without the use of tools. It can be un-assembled in minutes and re-assembled to transport in tight spaces.
