The Nova Lightweight Transport Chair with Flip-Back Arms & Handbrakes is an easy to use, portable, collapsible Transport Chair. This chair can be used to assist a patient who suffers from fatigue but is still able to ambulate. Bring this chair with you to the theater, restaurant or mall. It’s collapsible back and frame make it easy to fit into the trunk of a compact car and equally just as easy to re-open the chair and begin using. Like all other Transport Chairs this is not designed for the user to self propel and requires a caregiver to push the chair.
The Flip-Back Arms allow for easy transfers in and out of the chair. The bicycle-style handbrakes provide a quick safe way for the person pushing the chair to lock the back wheels, holding it in place for safer transfers.
It has rugged 12” rear wheels for a smooth ride over all-terrain. Comes with an adjustable seat belt (adjusts up to 41”) and small storage pouch (9”W x 6.25”H) along back for keys, cell phone or other small personal items.
