Bob has been an integral part of our Eastern Washington team serving as a Territory Manager and also as an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). He brings his deep commitment to service as he leads our Complex Rehabilitation team.
Jordan Cartwright
Director of Rehab
Jordan was drawn to the complexity and dynamic nature of Complex Rehabilitation. As Bellevue Healthcare’s Director of Rehab Support she is on the pulse of the ever changing healthcare industry and is adept adjusting to those changes. She enjoys finding solutions that positively impact our clients lives.

Lindsey Campbell
Rehab Manager
Lindsey has been an essential part of our complex rehabilitation team. Now as the Rehab Manager, she leads our team and spends her days proactively resolving process flaws and cordially serving our customers. She is committed to our customer service mission and overall customer experience with Bellevue Healthcare.
Lexy Badinger
Rehab Service Manager
Lexy was born and raised in Salem, Oregon, and loves everything about the Pacific Northwest. Shortly after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Oregon Institute of Technology, she moved to the Portland-Metro area. In 2017 she started her career with Bellevue Healthcare as a Customer Service Representative and quickly transitioned to the Rehab department in 2018 as a Sales Coordinator. Lexy’s time at Bellevue has lead her to find a true passion for helping her community and their equipment needs. "What sets Bellevue Healthcare apart is the staff and their passion to focus on each customer and their individual needs. ”Lexy looks forward to working with the Portland team and continuing the service and impact they have with their community.
Derek Kruse
ATP & SMS - Portland
Derek is both a Resna certified Assistive Technology Professional and a Seating and Mobility Specialist. He is a frequent speaker on assistive technology and continues to further his knowledge so he can better serve the needs of his clients.
Meg Doan
ATP - Bend
Meg is a physical therapist with ten years of seating and mobility clinical experience, now transitioning into the ATP role after relocating to Bend with her family. She’s passionate about developing mobility solutions for clients and looking forward to serving central Oregon on behalf of Bellevue Healthcare.
Michele Gunn
ATP - Peninsula & Pierce County
Michele has been actively involved in promoting the profession of Complex Rehabilitation Technology provision for most of her career. She served ten years on the NCART board of directors, two terms on the RESNA Professional Standards Board, and multiple positions on the NRRTS board of directors, ending with President. Michele was awarded the Simon Margolis Fellow in 2017 for her work in the field and advocacy efforts for continued access to the products and services we provide our clients. She is excited to join the Bellevue Complex Rehab Team serving the Washington Olympic Peninsula.
Brady Brunelle
ATP - Spokane
Bellevue Healthcare Spokane team member Brady transitioned into Rehab in order to more directly assist in improving the quality of life of our Rehab clients. He enjoys meeting new people and learning about their life experiences.
Cody Huguenin
ATP - King County
Cody has always been driven to make a positive impact in other‘s lives. When he joined our Spokane team, he’d completed his Bachelor’s degree with plans to become an Occupational Therapist. Instead, he decided to stay with BHC, complete his ATP certification, and join our Complex Rehabilitation team. Cody looks forward to working with our Complex Rehab clients to improve their quality of life.
Bill Sewall
ATP - King & Pierce County
Bill has served the home medical community his entire career and has been specifically assisting clients for over 20 years as an Assistive Technology Professional. He enjoys providing the most appropriate equipment to the most vulnerable and deserving segment of our society.
Stuart Kelly
ATP - Moscow
Stuart currently serves as both Branch Manager for our Moscow branch and as an Assistive Technology Professional for our Complex Rehab clients in Southeast Washington and Northern Idaho.
Fernando Gutierrez
ATP - Coeur d’Alene
Fernando graduated from Fresno State University with a double Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology - Sports Medicine and Pre-Physical Therapy. As an ATP Apprentice, he will be gaining valuable field experience as he completes his Assistive Technology Professional certification. He excited to be part of our growing Idaho team and looks forward to serving our complex rehab customers.

Nick Crawford
ATP - Spokane
As the current Manager for our Spokane branch, Nick also serves our Complex Rehab clients in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho as the Assistive Technology Professional.
Jesse Stacey
ATP - Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom County
Jesse Stacey is a Physical Therapist Assistant with over 10 years of experience in the geriatric setting. She recently transitioned to the ATP role to further impact client lives through appropriate seating and mobility. Jesse looks forward to serving Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties She is originally from Alaska but has called the PNW home for over 15 years. She enjoys cooking, hiking, and camping with her family.
Trent Rau
ATP - Portland
Trent was part of Bellevue Healthcare‘s Spokane and Coeur d’Alene teams before transitioning to Complex Rehab in 2019. He returned to Portland, joining our Oregon Rehab Team, where he went on to complete his ATP certification. Trent looks forward to providing a much needed service to the community he grew up in and calls home.
Drew Jolly
ATP - Yakima
Drew got his start in the Medical Equipment industry with Billing. He then moved into Rehab Sales and has been running ever since! He has worked with those from 3 months old to 102 years old with multiple diagnoses.
He spent 20 years in Missouri working in both Columbia and Kansas City and transferred to the PNW in 2011. He spent 2 years in Spokane and moved to West Richland in 2014. He moved to Yakima in 2018 and has been working out of that location since.
He enjoys working with all age groups, but pediatrics are his favorite population. He and his wife enjoy skiing, biking and their furry kids!
David Kruse
ATP - Portland
David has been actively involved both nationally and locally in the development of the Complex Rehabilitation Industry, serving as treasurer and president for 8 years on the NRRTS board. He has also served on the board of United Cerebral Palsy and MED ethics board.
Spencer Rowe
ATP - Coeur d’Alene
Spencer currently serves as both Branch Manager for our Coeur d’Alene branch and as an Assistive Technology Professional for our Complex Rehab clients in Northern Idaho.
Phelan Kostur
ATP - Portland
Phelan graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango Colorado with a Bachelors of Science
degree in Exercise Physiology. In 2020 He joined Bellevue Healthcare in Portland Oregon as a Rehab Service Coordinator, and became a Rehab Service Technician shortly after. In July 2024 Phelan successfully acquired his Assistive Technology Professional Certification. He is excited to be serving his community in an industry he is passionate about.
