Branch Manager

Casey was born and raised in Mercer Island, Washington. He graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Criminal Justice. Afterwards he enrolled in a program to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). The same day he accepted a job as a Delivery Technician at our flagship Bellevue showroom, he received word he had become a certified Emergency Medical Technician. He decided to give the job a chance and has been with BHC ever since.

Casey quickly transitioned to become a Customer Experience Representative and later went on to be the Customer Experience Lead and Respiratory Department Lead at Bellevue Healthcare’s Headquarters.

In 2017 Casey was selected to become the new Branch Manager for Bellevue Healthcare Tacoma where he continues to make an impact on our customers. “Every day we walk through the door we have an opportunity to shed some light on what is often otherwise a dark moment for most folks who need Medical equipment to improve the quality of their lives. Being able to help restore some level of normalcy back into these lives during their time of need brings fulfillment to us all.” In March of 2022, he graduated from Western Governors University with a Masters in Business Administration.

I've had a couple problems with my equipment, contacted Josh at the RT department, and the matter is as good as resolved. Phenomenal customer service. Bogdan, (here today with his partner Chase) and the service reps before him, took the time to explain any technical problems, gave me tips on how to avoid problems, and when I tried to apologize for calling them so often, said to "forget about it. If you have a problem, call". I've been with two other local companies, and Bellevue Healthcare far exceeds them.

I had reserved and paid for a rental of a mobility scooter from another company for an upcoming trip to Seattle for the holidays. They abruptly cancelled my order and I was very worried that I would have to cancel my trip. I called Bellevue Healthcare and fortunately got connected with Lalago. I told her my story and she immediately reassured me that she would help me out and would see this all the way through. She was able to locate a scooter for me in one of the BHC branches and made all the arrangements to have it shipped to the Everett location and eventually to me in Snohomish for delivery. She called me and emailed me every step of the way, and went out of her way to make sure I knew it was all going to go through without a problem. Linda at Bellevue healthcare was very knowledgeable and very helpful when I needed to rent a hospital bed fir my husband who had a quadruple bypass. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, the bed was delivered on Thursday morning, Linda was so helpful as I had no idea what I needed. The hound man who delivered the bed was very kind. He set the bed up and explained how it worked I would definitely recommend this company if you need hospital equipment!

My husband is on Hospice care & we use this company for his oxygen needs. Because of a power outage we needed more oxygen delivered to allow a continuous supply for him. The Tech that delivered the tanks was Ramone. I want to commend him for his CARING service to us. As someone who is caring for a loved one, and the main concern & frustration at times is, if they have the best comfort available for them. Ramon was beyond with his service. He immediately accessed the situation, listened to my concern about the time that we were scheduled to be without power.
