Military Ties
I enlisted into the US Army Infantry at the age of 17 and served from 2003 to 2006. I deployed to Iraq in 2004 at the age of 18.
On Joining Bellevue Healthcare
A few years after leaving active duty I moved to Washington from Georgia to be closer to my brother. At that time my brother worked for BHC, and he told me if I wanted to move out west he could get me a job and a place to stay. That was in 2010 and I’ve been with BHC ever since.
On Transition Skills to a Civilian Career
Duty, Respect, and Selfless Service are values that I learned in the Army that have helped guide me through my career at BHC. The Army also taught me the importance of teamwork and helped me develop an adapt and overcome mentality. As a Branch Manager, these are skills that I hope to instill in my own team at BHC Lacey.

Military Ties
Patient Administration Specialist Greg was a Member of the 50th General Hospital. He served from 1987 – 1995. He served in both the US Army & the US Army Reserves. He Deployed to Desert Shield/Storm.
On Joining Bellevue Healthcare
After leaving the Military Greg’s initial career was far removed from the medical field. He spent over 20 years in the retail industry. He has always felt a strong connection to many areas of the Medical field. He has volunteered with his local communities Fire Department sharing his knowledge & his desire to help his community however he can. That continued desire to help his community has brought him here to Bellevue Healthcare.
