My family and I have been looking for the (POC) Portable Oxygen Concentrator for my grandma. We had searched and called multiple times at various healthcare stores before calling Bellevue. The first time I called Bellevue Healthcare of the Tri-Cities I was impressed. They stand out in the quality of their service and attention. Leah was kind, attentive, patient and helpful. Not only did Bellevue have the product, but they were a pleasure to work with. When we finally arrived at the store, Jackie greeted us and got us started on our purchase right away. She was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Nanett was gracious and kind. We narrowed our choices down to two different POC models but were unsure which one would serve my grandma’s needs the best. Tanner was knowledgeable about the product and was able to help us make our selection with confidence. Leah was just as attentive in person as she was over the phone and helped us finalize our purchase. Our experience with Bellevue was second to none because of our interaction with the staff. We would like to share that Bellevue Medical Supply store went above and beyond our expectations in order to do deliver the medical equipment that we needed the entire staff helped with a paperwork, Leah and the manager, and all the team were exponential in helping my mother out of the nursing facility where she was receiving horrible care this business, and this person went above and beyond five star I strongly recommend this company for all of your medical device needs. Their staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond whatever you need in this industry.

Gibson was beyond amazing!! VERY friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He's a CSR now, but was a driver before that so he knows his stuff. He was able to answer all my questions about respiratory supplies and billing Medicare. Overall, what a great experience!

Great experience beginning to end. Jackie went out of her way to make sure I purchased the best wheelchair for my needs, adjusted it and answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better sales person or smoother transaction.

Getting special needs equipment through payment channels has always been an emotionally draining experience for me. I had already tried another local supplier who was quick to let me know we’d have to pay cash up front. After my initial contact with Zach, I knew he could see this purchase through. He understood the billing process, he understood the product & accessories and asked the questions & gave us options, along with getting our local physical therapist’s recommendations to make sure we received what we needed and wanted for our son. He was very thorough and prepared throughout the entire process. He was prompt & professional with answering emails and returning phone calls.
