I worked with Shadd and his team in ordering a lift recliner for a bariatric patient. This was a difficult task taking everything into consideration regarding Medicare and Medicaid coverage, doctors letters, authorizations, cost, etc. It was a lot of work. Shadd went above and beyond numerous times, going the extra mile, and following up. Never have I worked with someone so devoted to his customers and getting the job done. I am beyond impressed and grateful. Not only did he deliver the chair but he set it up and helped the patient understand how the chair works with patience and compassion. Shadd, you and your team are an asset to your company and a gift to your clients.

I would like to thank Liz for all her help. I was in a desperate situation to get three pieces of equipment before I had surgery the next day. It’s been nothing but a battle with insurance companies. I told her what I needed and she went over backwards to make sure I had it before I left the store. Had to go to Vancouver to pick up a couple pieces but she had it all arranged. Thanks again for all your help Liz. I really appreciate it. You’re awesome!

Bellevue stepped in at the last minute and saved the day. May I note that "Liz" gets the MVP status by achieving the impossible. I had met with my OHSU care teams back in March to get things rolling. Without writing a novel, let's just say my care team was anything but. Every topic and bullet point had not been addressed. I had 3 working days to locate, deliver, and set up a bed that requires insurance approval. Liz stepped up and hit it out of the park! She completed in one afternoon what my care team failed to do in 2 months.

Am so happy to rate this company 5* for the way that they assisted me and my family with an order today. We have generally had a tough experience navigating the healthcare system in support of my father in law and so it was a big relief and a very welcome change to speak to a real person at a decent company. I would trust them and go back to them in the future.

Shadd and the team really went above and beyond securing a wheelchair for us on very short notice after my daughter’s surgery. Worked with us as insurance was still pending to be sure we had what we needed when we needed it. Very customer-oriented culture, and I can’t say enough about how helpful these guys were! Great folks!
