If you have a referral or prescription or are looking to switch providers, start by submitting your order.

A coordinator will discuss your unique needs and guide you through the most direct route to obtaining your respiratory equipment or supplies. Depending on your needs and our teams’ availability we might be able to help you the same or next business day.

Prescription & Documentation

Your doctor will need to prescribe and provide medical documentation for anything you want to have billed to your insurance as well as for specific FDA related devices or prescription drugs.

Please have your prescription and any documentation handy for your phone consultation.  It is also helpful if you can provide us with information about any equipment you are currently using.

Securing Coverage

BHC BILLING SPECIALISTS

Whether your insurance covers your respiratory equipment or you are funding out-of-pocket, we will aggressively attempt to lower your costs while never lowering the quality of service you receive. Your coordinator will work with your insurance to maximize your coverage and make sure you are receiving the most from your benefits, and offer reasonable pricing for that which is not covered.

INSURANCE APPROVAL

This step is the most complex, time-consuming, and at times frustrating because it is largely beyond our control. We will work with your insurance to maximize your benefit and minimize your out of pocket expense.
