We really appreciate everything you have done for our family to assist us during this difficult time. Nicole and Ben have been most helpful in the office, coordinating with us to make sure deliveries come at the best times for us. They’ve also made suggestions to make using the equipment easier and more effective. Kevin, the new delivery technician, has also been wonderful. He’s accommodated our requests and has answered our questions thoroughly. We’ve been extremely happy with the service we have received so far and our thankful for the assistance we have received from everyone.

I want to say thank you for having a store in Sequim. We don’t have many options in town except big box stores that have impersonal service. I always come to Bellevue first for my needs because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always do their best to help me find what I need.

Annabelle and Jordan have been very helpful and knowledgeable. They have been awesome in getting things done for my grandmother and helping us. Couldn’t have done this without them, thank you so much!

My beautiful purple Invacare mid-drive tilt was delivered today!! It’s a lot better than my old chair, which is frankly, a nightmare of a power chair. Happy early birthday to me!! If I could give your company more than 5 stars, I would!! I’ve been going to you guys since 2012. You’re the best company I’ve dealt with. Hands down!! Thank you Ben for my new chair!!

Helpful, friendly, flexible, and understanding people when I was at my worst. They all made dealing with medical and bureaucratic less daunting and less stressful. I really cannot express how wonderful the people are.
