A committed Yakima Valley native, Mario has been a part of Bellevue Healthcare since 2018. Following his time as a Parenting Facilitator and wanting to pursue and continue his education, Bellevue enabled this desire. With the support and opportunities given by BHC, it fostered Mario’s desire to better serve the community. Beginning as a Delivery Technician, then transitioning to Customer Service Representative and gravitating towards Operations more recently, Mario took on the role of Branch Manager of Yakima in March of 2022. Mario has a passion for serving Yakima Valley’s people, wellness, and growth. He aims to not only lift his community with the suite of services and equipment BHC provides, but to hoist those around him to reach their full potential. “I was born here, I grew up here, and I plan to be here forever. From the hop fields of Emerald to the sagebrush of Prosser. This is my home.”

Mario was very good and helpful, he has great customer skills he was helping me with an Electric chair. Mario also took the time to tell me how to take wheelchairs part to get it in the car. And showed me how to put it back together he gave me a lot information so he said if I had an questions to go head an call him and he would be more than happy to help me and Justin was very good like the new people you have I would come back with them there. I have a Manual chair to Jared took forever to order the parts it took 3 months. As soon as I got Mario came right too. Told Mario I need some stuff done on manual chair he said bring it we can help you he said you guys would give me a chair while mine was getting fixed.

No words can express how wonderful this company is! My nebulizer broke on a Saturday and I could not take my albuterol solution until I replaced the machine. The employees here were so understanding, caring, considerate, and went above and beyond their job descriptions to help me secure the prescription I needed to get this machine on a Monday. I cannot thank them enough and their employer, I hope, realizes what a fantastic staff he has!!! Thank you to the staff at Bellevue Healthcare!

This place is amazing and so is their staff. As soon as I walked in Mario was there to help me with any questions and made renting a hospital bed super easy. They even delivered that day!! Under $200 to rent a hospital bed for a whole month and delivery, setup, and pick up is included. I won’t rent from any other place!

I am so thankful to be working with Bellevue Healthcare. They have provided “Above & Beyond” customer service multiple times. Most recently I needed to exchange a CPAP mask (because I’d ordered the wrong size by my mistake). I called in 2 minutes before they close and Justin picked up. I asked what time the store closes and he said “Five but what can I help you with?” I explained my pickle and he graciously offered to exchange my mask as well as wait past his closing time for me to make it there. I would most definitely not expect someone to stay past closing time and was floored at the kind gesture. I am a social worker with elders and Bellevue Healthcare will always be at the top of my list for recommendations. Superb customer service. Well done!

I have been handicapped for 18 years or so and finally found a medical supply facility that truly listened to me. I purchased a scooter from Justin who was knowledgeable on the product. But the real customer service came after the sale. We had a couple of issues to work thru and Justin helped me resolve them to my satisfaction. Always with a smile and in a timely manner.
