For your convenience and to help limit the potential spread, all Bellevue Healthcare showroom locations are offering contact-free Curbside Pick Up.
Curbside Pick Up is available for customers who call ahead to arrange or order online for local pick up. Once our team confirms your pick up time, come to your pick up location and call us. A BHC team member will bring your items out to your car.
Curbside service is also available for rental equipment returns. Please request your drop-off time by using the steps for phone orders below or using our website contact form.
Curbside Pick Up is available for local orders only and only during business hours: Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm (limited Sat hours available at select locations).
HOW TO REQUEST CURBSIDE PICK UP
Phone Orders
- Arrange your order over the phone with our team by either calling our mainline at 1.866.451.2842 OR by calling your local BHC location.
- Let our team know your preferred date, time, and location for Curbside Pick Up. They will confirm your pick up request.
- Come to your pick up location at the designated time.
- Call your pick up location to let them know you have arrived.
- Our team will bring your order to your vehicle.
Online Orders
- In your shopping cart or at checkout, select “Free Curbside Pick Up”, then select your preferred Bellevue Healthcare location for pick up. You may need to enter your zip code to see the shipping / pick up options available for your order.
If Free Curbside Pick Up is not listed as an option, you can note your request for Curbside Pick Up -with the day, time, and Bellevue Healthcare location you would like to pick up in the Order Notes section during Checkout. For example:
3. Please wait until our team confirms your order is ready for pick up before coming to pick up your order.
4. Come to your pick-up location during business hours.
5. Call your pick-up location to let them know you have arrived.
6. Our team will bring your order to your vehicle. Any required signatures will be done digitally.
